A Cat.C “Road & Drainage” and “Site Formation” Civil Engineering Main Contractor has the following immediate vacancies: -

Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow projections.

Track and manage project expenses, addressing any discrepancies in costs.

Draft and negotiate contract documents, amendments, and final accounts.

Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Offer commercial and contractual guidance to the project team.

Aid in the execution of efficient procurement strategies.

Spot opportunities for cost reduction and process enhancements.

Help prepare tenders and bids.

Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry

With NEC Contract experience is an advantage;

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards

Candidate with less experiences could be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
