What you will be doing:

• Prompt response to maintenance requests/tasks, such as electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing works, landscaping and others.
• Ensure that requests and repair completed in timely manner.
• To supervise service providers/contractors to ensure adherence to work scope.
• Conduct daily site check ensuring building is operating at its efficiency.
• Carry out preventive, corrective and scheduled maintenance (weekly & monthly)
• Updating in system on request records, maintenance activities and equipment inventory.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum SPM with PW2 / PW4, or SKM Level 2 / 3 are encouraged to apply.
• Diploma holders in Electrical / Civil / Mechanical are welcome to apply.
• Minimum 1 year working experience as Technician / Electrician.
• Experience with Facilities Maintenance are added advantage.
• Work location will be at Johor Bahru, town area.
• Able to work 12 hour shift (8am-8pm).
• Earned salary range inclusive OT is RM2xxx - RM3xxx.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
