Scientist / Senior Scientist, RNA Analytical Development

You are an analytical development scientist with deep expertise in RNA modalities, someone who thrives at the intersection of method development, platform scalability, and translational impact. You want to build analytical systems that become the backbone of an entire RNA therapeutics engine.

This organisation is building a biotech‑like translational engine designed to take novel oligo, mRNA, and conjugate programs from discovery into the clinic. Modern labs, new equipment, and a rapidly scaling team mean your analytical leadership will shape how the entire platform operates.

The Role

As Scientist / Senior Scientist, RNA Analytical Development, you will build and execute phase‑appropriate analytical strategies for raw materials (novel lipids, pDNA, ligands), drug substances (mRNA, ASOs, siRNA, gRNA), and drug products (LNPs and conjugated oligos). You will define CQAs, develop orthogonal analytical workflows, enable high‑throughput method development, and ensure the platform generates high‑quality material for pipeline programs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop analytical characterization strategies for RNA raw materials, DS and DP

Implement orthogonal analytical workflows (HPLC, LC‑MS, CE, UV, qPCR, DLS, TEM)

Build scalable, phase‑appropriate workflows to support discovery → IND programs

Develop SOPs, validation plans, and maintain rigorous documentation (LIMS/ELN)

About You

PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related discipline

Deep expertise with LC‑MS, HRMS, CE‑SDS, and multiscale purification techniques

Hands‑on experience analysing modified oligos and ligand‑oligo conjugates

Logistics

Full‑time, Singapore‑based role within a rapidly scaling translational organisation.
