Job responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure and systems to support business operations.
Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring high levels of security and availability.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations and procedures.
Provide technical support and training to end-users to enhance their IT proficiency.
Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements.

Job requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Engineer or similar role in a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, security, and infrastructure management.
Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified are advantageous.
