Provide supervision to ensure works and services under the contract are rendered and performed professionally, effectively, and efficiently
Assist the Assistant Building Manager (Hard & Soft) in supervising subcontractors and specialist
Updating of field data to the CMMS system

About the Role

• Support the Assistant Building Manager in daily hard services operations and site activities.
• Raise, track, and follow up on maintenance work orders and service requests to closure.
• Supervise contractors’ works on site and ensure compliance with approved method statements, risk assessments, and WSH requirements.
• Assist in coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to maintenance schedules.
• Attend to basic troubleshooting and support breakdown response where required.
• Ensure housekeeping and safety standards are maintained in plant rooms and service areas.
• Assist in monitoring system performance, downtime, and contractor response times.
• Manage reactive maintenance cases and ensure that all contractual KPIs are consistently met.
• Ensure that the technical and facility requirements of the Venue Safety and Certificate and statutory inspection are carried out and meet required standards with effective records kept.
• Assists in conducting an incident investigation and submit IR/IIR after identifying root cause with recommended corrective action in place.
• Propose and execute life cycle project to seek management approval, prepare project Scope of Work, evaluate tender submission, and prepare contract approval paper.
• To manage and execute ad hoc projects and rectification to meet project timelines without affecting venue events and operations.
• Perform any related duties as required and directed.
• Take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and outcomes in building up a Safety Culture.
• Review contractors/vendor's Work Authorization requests and ensure full compliance with MOM WSHA and Our Tampines Hub H&S policy.
