Assist in managing daily operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
Support staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints.
Monitor staff attendance, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational costs to minimize waste.
Assist with events, promotions, and marketing activities.
Prepare basic operational and sales reports for management review.
Identify operational issues and assist in implementing improvements.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and licensing requirements.
Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Travel when required.
Responsible for translating, reviewing, editing, and adapting policies to ensure they are suitable for implementation in Malaysian stores and comply with local requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
2–3 years of experience in hospitality, club, bar, restaurant, or related operations.
Previous supervisory or team leader experience is an advantage.
Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Basic knowledge of inventory, cost control, and daily operations.
Flexible, responsible, willing to work shifts.
6 Working days per week.
Must own transport as traveling across each store is needed from time to time.
Must be able to speak, read, and write Mandarin fluently, as the company’s new policies and operational guidelines are primarily issued from China.
