岗位职责

Job Responsibilities

Lead tender process from pre-tender to submission, in compliance with requirements and deadlines.
Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BQ and contract requirements.
Prepare tender pricing and commercial proposals.
Coordinate with Engineering, QS, Procurement and Project teams.
Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Attend tender clarification meetings, negotiations and presentations with clients, consultants and relevant stakeholders.
Contract award, project handover and commercial clarifications.
Guide and mentor the tender team.

Requirements

Degree in QS / Civil / Structural / Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in tendering within the construction industry.
Experience with Main/ Sub Contractor in earth construction works/ marine & water projects/ infrastructure projects.
Good knowledge of construction contracts, tendering procedures, cost estimation and procurement.
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, AutoCAD and tendering/ estimating software.
Able to read and interpret construction drawings and contract documents.
Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tenders within tight deadlines.
Meticulous, organised and responsible.
