We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to support and supervise the daily operations of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and service activities
• Coordinate staff deployment and work schedules
• Monitor service standards and customer satisfaction
• Supervise and guide service staff
• Coordinate between front-of-house and kitchen teams
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback
• Monitor inventory and restaurant supplies
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and workplace safety requirements
• Monitor operational efficiency and minimise wastage
• Assist management with restaurant promotions and events
• Prepare basic operational and sales reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant F&B, hospitality or operations experience
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Able to supervise and coordinate a team
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
