岗位职责
Coordinate and oversee overall project activities to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, programme, and project requirements.
Coordinate and liaise with Consultants, Contractors, Sub-contractors, Architects, M&E, C&S and other trades on project specifications, technical and site issues.
Monitor project progress and coordinate different trades to ensure timely completion of works and project deliverables.
Assist in resolving design, coordination, constructability and site issues and follow up with relevant parties for timely solutions.
Attend project, technical and coordination meetings, site walks and inspections, and follow upon outstanding issues and action items.
Assist in maintaining project documentation, records, submissions and document control in accordance with company ISO standards.
