ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains effective communication with the office users, customer IT team, retail operation team and store team
• Works with respective internal technologies teams and functions to ensure high quality of services and facilities rendering to retail operations
• Manages and works with vendors, outsourcers and contractors to provide services of (but not limited to):
• Helpdesk
• Request
• Store projects
• Provides on-site services covering all operations in Singapore
• Manages IT devices deployment
• Maintains IT hardware & software inventory and life cycle.
• Other duties as assigned

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years of experience in a field or desk-side support role, with at least 1 year experience in luxury support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and desktop hardware.
• Customer centric and aims to deliver exceed expectation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to work under pressure and to meet tight schedules
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication skill in both spoken and written English.
• Able to speak in Mandarin and other dialects are advantages

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• IT support: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• ITIL Certification (Preferred)
