WE ARE HIRING — OPERATIONS MANAGER

O Food is looking for a responsible, experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee our daily outlet operations and support the growth of our business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage daily operations across all outlets
• Monitor outlet performance, sales targets and operational efficiency
• Manage, train and motivate outlet staff
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure sufficient manpower
• Ensure all outlets follow company SOPs, standards and procedures
• Monitor product quality, food handling, hygiene and cleanliness
• Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering and wastage control
• Monitor cash handling and daily sales reporting
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly
• Conduct regular outlet visits and identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate with Management, Kitchen, Warehouse and Outlet Teams
• Ensure promotions and company campaigns are properly implemented
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline and work performance
• Identify operational problems and provide practical solutions
• Assist Management in improving sales, productivity and overall business performance
• Prepare regular operational reports and updates for Management

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Retail Management or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in F&B, retail or multi-outlet operations
• Experience managing a team and multiple outlets is an advantage
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Willing to travel between outlets when required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on, responsible and results-oriented
