Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technician role based in Kuala Lumpur. The Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment or systems according to company standards and safety procedures. Daily tasks include inspecting and testing components, documenting work performed, and reporting issues to supervisors or relevant stakeholders. The role involves responding to service requests, supporting installations or upgrades, and ensuring minimal downtime for operations. The Technician will collaborate with other team members, follow established workflows, and provide clear communication to internal teams and customers as needed.
Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude and hands-on experience with equipment, tools, or machinery relevant to technician work.
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance on systems or devices.
• Knowledge of safety standards, proper use of tools, and adherence to workplace health and safety procedures.
• Good documentation skills, including the ability to record service activities, findings, and parts used accurately.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and interact professionally with clients.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently with minimal supervision, and manage time to meet service deadlines.
• Basic computer literacy for using service management software, email, and digital reporting tools.
• Relevant technical certification, diploma, or vocational qualification in a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a technician, maintenance, or field service role is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur and occasionally adjust working hours based on operational needs.
