Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in conducting regular Quality Control (QC) inspections to ensure service standards and operational requirements are met.

• Supervise, guide, and support Technicians in resolving customer service issues, technical problems, and operational challenges.

• Conduct site surveys and assessments for new and existing customers to determine pest control requirements, scope of work, manpower needs, and treatment recommendations.

• Monitor and respond to customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and appropriate corrective actions.

• Supervise the daily activities and performance of Technicians, including work quality, attendance, punctuality, conduct, and adherence to operational procedures.

• Assist in handling employee feedback and grievances, and escalate matters to the Operations Manager or People & Organization team where necessary.

• Conduct on-the-job training, coaching, and guidance for Technicians to improve technical competency, service quality, and work performance.

• Prepare and submit service reports, inspection findings, customer feedback reports, incident reports, and other operational documentation as required.

• Coordinate and support daily manpower deployment and work schedules to ensure adequate site coverage and continuity of service.

• Provide operational coverage and perform pest control duties when required due to manpower shortages, employee absence, or operational requirements.

• Conduct routine and random inspections of company vehicles, pest control equipment, PPE, chemicals, and other operational assets to ensure they are properly maintained and used.

• Ensure Technicians comply with company procedures, workplace safety requirements, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.

• Assist in investigating service issues, incidents, and operational non-conformities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

• Liaise with customers, Technicians, and internal stakeholders on operational matters to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Head of Operations or Management.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in pest control, environmental services, facilities management, or field operations is preferred.

• Prior experience in a supervisory or team-leading capacity will be an advantage.

• Good leadership and people-management skills with the ability to guide and manage field-based employees.

• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Responsible, hands-on, service-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Able to prepare basic reports and maintain accurate operational documentation.

• A valid NEA Vector Control Technician (VCT) Licence is preferred.

• Possession of a valid Class 2B/2A/2 and/or Class 3 driving licence is preferred.

• Willingness to travel between customer sites and provide operational support when required.
