We are hiring experienced Mechanical & Electrical and construction professionals to support various ongoing and upcoming building and infrastructure projects in Singapore.

1. Project Engineer — Electrical and ELV (4+ years' experience)
2. Project Manager — Electrical and ELV (10+ years' experience)
3. ACMV Project Manager (5+ years' experience)
4. BIM Coordinator / Modeller (3+ years' experience)
5. Assistant Contract Manager — Tender Focus (5+ years' experience)
6. Project Engineer — M&E Design (3+ years' experience)
   

• Coordinate and manage Electrical, ELV, IT cabling, and/or ACMV installation works across project lifecycle
• Lead or support project delivery — programme, budget, manpower, procurement, and site progress
• Prepare and review technical submissions: shop drawings, method statements, RFIs, material submissions
• Run clash detection, BIM coordination, and produce coordinated shop drawings (BIM roles)
• Manage tender submissions, BOQ review, cost estimation, and contract administration (Contracts role)
• Oversee testing and commissioning, variation claims, progress claims, and handover documentation
• Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and system vendors
  

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, BIM, or related disciplines
• Relevant project experience in Singapore's construction or M&E sector (years vary by role — see above)
• Strong knowledge in one or more of the following:

→ HT/LV electrical systems, ELV systems (CCTV, access control, intercom), IT structured cabling (fibre-optic, UTP, MDF/IDF)

→ ACMV and BMS systems design and installation

→ BIM modelling (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks), clash detection, and shop drawing coordination

→ Tendering, contract types, procurement, and local tender platforms

• Proficient in relevant software: AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, MS Office, and/or Fluke / OTDR testing tools
• Familiar with local codes, authority requirements, and safety regulations
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
  

• Registered with Professional Engineers Board (PE) or equivalent
• BCA-recognised certifications relevant to the role
• Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) certifications
• BIM-related certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional)
• CORENET X registration for relevant disciplines
