Project Planning: Assist in the baseline planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects.
Daily Workflows: Oversee and maintain smooth daily operations and tasks on-site or in the office.
Process Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks and propose actionable ways to increase efficiency.
Policy Implementation: Assist management in rolling out and enforcing new corporate policies and procedures.
Strategy, Data & Reporting
Market Analysis: Evaluate market data and industry trends to support high-level strategic decisions.
Management Reporting: Compile data and create comprehensive operational reports for senior leadership.
Meeting Documentation: Attend critical project meetings, record detailed minutes, and provide executive summaries.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Training
Rotational Learning: Work across various departments to master their distinct processes, goals, and workflows.
Staff Development: Facilitate the onboarding process and ensure new employees receive proper training.
Professional Growth: Actively participate in external and internal training to advance technical and managerial skills.
Client & Relationship Management
Customer Satisfaction: Address client needs promptly to build long-term, trusted professional relationships.
Role Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Experience
Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related business/management field.
Experience Level: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in construction is a plus.
