Sales Support Executive

Primary Objective(s) of Position

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with sales team, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage documentation including quotations, sales orders and reports.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow up and excellent customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operation in support of Sales team including order acknowledgement, processing quotations, sales order and other necessary documents
• Serve as point of contact to support and respond customers’ inquiries on behalf of the sales team in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with internal teams to track shipment schedules, delivery timelines and providing updates to customers
• Provide effective communication and co-ordination between sales team and customers
• To request rate quotations from overseas partners
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Person Specifications

•   Minimum 3 year of working experience in logistics or supply chain
•   Effective communication and interpersonal skills
•   Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
•   Ability to work under pressure to cope with periods of high workload and tight timelines
