Details: 

Salary up to $2,800
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Must be able to commit OT on weekday/weekend/public holiday

Responsibilities:

Receive and verify documents and customer shipping requirements.
Manage the receipt and verification of incoming documents.
Review and confirm customers’ shipping needs and preferred methods.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders and billing in the ERP system, including all required documentation.
Maintain and update records using Excel, and share relevant information with the operations team.
Reconcile packing lists with data in the shipment management system (SMS).
Handle various ERP-related tasks such as purchase requests, goods receipt, and stock transfers.
Conduct weekly and monthly cycle counts, logging the results in the ERP system.
Communicate with customers via email, Teams, or phone to address their inquiries and requirements.
