Job Summary

An established property investment and management group in Singapore seeks a meticulous full-time Accounts & Operations Executive to manage daily financial operations, rental bookkeeping, and corporate administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing that supports business continuity
• Maintain rental bookkeeping records to enable effective property portfolio management and financial tracking
• Oversee corporate administrative matters to ensure compliance with regulations and enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial reporting and streamline operational workflows for improved outcomes

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Accountancy or LCCI certificate
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting or operations
