Vouch is partnering with a leading Singapore-based multinational organisation to hire an
Assistant Manager, Compensation
to join its Human Resources team.
Working as part of a lean and collaborative Total Rewards team of five, you will play a key role in shaping compensation practices for a large and complex workforce. This is a hybrid role that combines both strategic and hands-on responsibilities, offering the opportunity to contribute to the design, review, and enhancement of compensation programmes, while managing the day-to-day administration and execution of key rewards initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and management of compensation programs and processes.
Analyze compensation data, participate in salary benchmarking, and assess market trends to ensure competitive pay structures.
Oversee the annual performance review and compensation cycles, ensuring smooth execution.
Conduct job evaluations to assess role sizing and pay alignment; experience with frameworks such as Mercer.
Provide expert advice to stakeholders on compensation policies and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accountancy, or related field.
3 years of working experience in Compensation & Benefits.
Strong analytical skills, market research expertise, and regulation law.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex, multi-country environments.
Regional role experience is a strong advantage.
