Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and food quality standards.
Plan and organize daily food preparation and cooking activities.
Ensure all food is prepared with proper hygiene, freshness and quality.
Monitor food portions, ingredients and cooking procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and cooking equipment.
Check and manage food ingredients and kitchen supplies to minimize wastage.
Assist in developing and improving menus and recipes when required.
Ensure food is cooked and presented according to the required standards.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Comply with food safety, workplace safety and hygiene regulations.
We are a licensed employment agency specializing in foreign manpower recruitment. We are MOM-Licensed, and we have a Comprehensive Licence (non-FDW) allowing us to place Local Workers or Foreign Workers.
