Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic early-career IT Technical Support professionals (1–3 years of experience) with a strong foundation in the Korean language and a passion for technology. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 1 to 3 years of working experience in networking or related IT support roles (e.g., service desk/support, IT helpdesk, or network support).

• Near-native fluency in Korean (written and spoken).

Language certifications such as TOPIK 5/6 are a mandatory.
