Key Responsibilities

Agile Facilitation & Sprint Management

• Guide and lead the team on Agile practices, facilitating impactful ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Grooming/Make-Ready, Dailies, and Retrospectives).

• Own timeline tracking and sprint visibility via Jira and Confluence (velocity, burndown charts, and critical path items).

• Coordinate release readiness across all environments (Pre-UAT, UAT, Staging, and Deployment).

Stakeholder Alignment & Collaboration

• Partner closely with Product Owners, Market leads, and satellite partner product engineering teams to ensure alignment on cross-dependencies and priorities.

• Maintain transparent status reporting for key stakeholders and project teams.

• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment, using retrospectives to continuously act on improvement ideas.

• Act as the connective tissue between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring all roles are aligned on timelines, scope, and release readiness.

• Manage operational communications, risk mitigation, and dependency tracking across partner teams.

Continuous Learning & Modern Workflows

• Bring a strong enthusiasm for learning and experimenting with new methodologies, Agile practices, and team optimization techniques.

• Adapt to and encourage the team’s use of modern development workflows and AI productivity tools (e.g., Kiro, Claude, GitHub, Copilot) to streamline delivery.

• Use retrospectives to champion constructive feedback and continuously improve team dynamics and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Growth Mindset & Curiosity: Strong enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth; eager to explore new methodologies, technologies, and team optimization techniques.

• Tech Adaptability: A fast learner with a passion for adopting innovative workflows—including leveraging AI productivity tools (e.g., Kiro, Copilot, Claude) to elevate team performance.

• Problem-Solving Drive: A self-starter who approaches unfamiliar challenges with curiosity, initiative, and a desire to continuously improve delivery processes.

• Experience: 3–5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or Delivery Coordinator in a technology environment.

• Agile Expertise: Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, sprint planning, ticket grooming, and delivery metrics.

• Tools: Proficiency with collaboration and tracking tools, including Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Slack, GitHub, and ServiceNow.

• Adaptability: Openness to using and leveraging AI tools (e.g., Kiro, Copilot, Claude) to streamline team operations and workflows.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience collaborating across cross-functional and multi-cultural teams.

Education & Certifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or PMP certification is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
