Key responsibilities

• Lead R&D projects on ready mixed concrete, precast products and construction materials

• Explore and develop new materials, technologies and innovative solutions to improve product quality, performance and sustainability

• Optimize production processes and manufacturing efficiency

• Conduct product trials, testing and technical evaluations

• Productivity improvement and carbon-reduction initiatives

About you

• Degree or above in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemistry or related disciplines

• Over 3 years' experience in ready mixed concrete, precast, construction materials or related industries

• Strong knowledge of material technology and manufacturing processes

• Innovative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
