Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the kitchen team with daily food preparation and cooking.
• Assist with plating and food presentation.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food and ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work area.
• Assist with checking and organising kitchen stock.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils.

Requirements:

• Willing to be based in Genting Highland (Hostel Provided)
• Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Good teamwork and willingness to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
