Role Description The Architecture Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, responsible for coordinating architectural information between design teams, consultants, and contractors. This role involves reviewing and updating architectural and construction drawings, ensuring consistency with project requirements, codes, and standards. The Architecture Coordinator manages and tracks submittals, supports Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination, and assists in resolving design and documentation issues during project execution. Daily tasks include liaising with stakeholders, preparing documentation for approvals, maintaining organized project records, and supporting smooth communication across disciplines to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Architecture and Architectural Drawings to interpret, coordinate, and communicate design intent.
- Proficiency in Construction Drawings for detailing, revisions, and alignment with technical and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) for model coordination, clash detection, and design documentation.
- Ability to manage and review Submittals, ensuring timely approvals and compliance with specifications.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Singapore is an advantage.
- Proficiency with CAD and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and standard office productivity tools.
