About Us

Empire Works Pte Ltd is an established renovation and construction company specializing in HDB, condominium, landed, commercial, and office renovation projects. We are looking for a responsible, organised, and proactive Admin / Office Clerk to support our daily office operations.

Job Responsibilities

Handle daily administrative and clerical duties.

Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other documents.

Organise and maintain filing systems (physical and digital).

Answer phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and email correspondence.

Coordinate appointments and schedules with customers and suppliers.

Assist in procurement and monitor office supplies.

Data entry and updating of company records.

Support accounts with simple administrative duties.

Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Good organisational and communication skills.

Responsible, meticulous, and able to work independently.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary:
S$1,800 – S$2,500

(depending on experience)
