Job Summary

Our client is an established food manufacturing and distribution company seeking an experienced Senior Sales Support Executive to manage customer orders and support the daily coordination of the Sales Support team.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer orders, including order processing, amendments, returns and exchanges.

• Coordinate closely with Operations, warehouse and other internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.

• Handle customer enquiries, delivery issues, billing matters and service escalations.

• Process debit and credit notes and maintain accurate customer and order records.

• Support and guide junior Sales Support team members in their daily work.

• Assist with work scheduling, manpower allocation and daily task coordination.

• Monitor Sales Support performance and prepare relevant operational reports.

• Identify recurring service or operational issues and support process improvement initiatives.

• Maintain good working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support or Customer Operations.

• Strong hands-on experience in order processing and order fulfilment.

• Experience guiding junior staff, coordinating workload or supporting team operations will be advantageous.

• Proficient in ERP or order management systems.

• Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, distribution or other manufacturing environments will be advantageous.

• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Process-driven, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Comfortable providing occasional Saturday and Public Holiday support when required, with time off provided accordingly.
