Job Summary:

We’re Seeking AI Agent Factory Solutions Architect to support our team in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, collaborate with talented colleagues, and contribute to the success of a growing company. Key Responsibilities

• Build and configure Copilot Studio topics, tools, knowledge sources and agents.

• Develop agent workflows using Power Automate, HTTP actions and custom APIs.

• Integrate systems such as SAP, Dynamics and ServiceNow.

• Implement agentic orchestration including task decomposition, multi-step execution, fallback and error handling.

• Manage Power Platform Solutions, Dataverse dependencies, environment variables and connection references.

• Implement CI/CD using Power Platform Pipelines, Azure DevOps or GitHub.

• Ensure security using Microsoft Entra ID, DLP policies and secure API authentication.

• Implement monitoring and observability using Azure Monitor / Application Insights.
