Lead Technical Delivery Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Technical Delivery Manager to drive the successful delivery of strategic Digital Banking initiatives within our Retail Banking portfolio. This role combines strong technical leadership, delivery governance, stakeholder management, and program execution expertise to ensure high-quality technology solutions are delivered on time and within scope.

As a key member of the delivery leadership team, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, engineering teams, vendors, and senior management to deliver innovative digital banking capabilities that enhance customer experience and support business growth.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in large-scale technology delivery, Digital Banking platforms, and modern enterprise application environments, with hands-on knowledge of Java technologies, Oracle databases, and Unix/Linux ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Digital Banking projects and programs.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to development and engineering teams.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, vendors, and technology teams.
• Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Drive delivery across key Digital Banking platforms, including QR-CR, TMRW COPP, TMRW Banking & Services, and Online Forms.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, production releases, and post-implementation support.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC, governance, security, and change management processes.
• Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Experience

• 9+ years of experience in Technical Delivery Management, Project Management, or Software Engineering.
• Strong experience in Digital Banking or Retail Banking environments.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale technology projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at multiple levels.
