Job Summary

The Food Packer is responsible for packing, labelling, and preparing meals and beverages for airline flights while ensuring strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and airline quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Pack airline meals, snacks, and beverages accurately according to flight schedules and specifications
• Portion, label, and seal food items correctly to meet airline standards
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards by complying with HACCP and GMP protocols
• Inspect food quality, freshness, and presentation before packing to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow airline-specific catering guidelines and loading instructions precisely
• Clean and sanitize workstations, tools, and packing areas to uphold safety standards
• Assist in managing inventory and reducing food waste through careful handling
• Work efficiently under tight deadlines to meet flight departure schedules
• Adhere to health, safety, and company policies consistently
