Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating office cleaning and maintenance activities, including pest control, carpet cleaning, repair works
Perform outdoor duties including delivering and collecting documents and small parcels, purchasing office supplies, handling mail, arranging stamp duties and depositing cheques at banks
Handle daily office support duties, including distributing internal documents and supplies, handling mail and parcels, organizing office supplies and binding materials
Assist with meeting room set-up and provide related logistical support
Provide backup support to the tea assistant when required
Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
Form 3 graduate or above, or an equivalent qualification.
At least 3 years of relevant work, preferably with experience as a Tea Assistant.
Proactive, with a can-do attitude and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in Cantonese, with basic proficiency in English.
Positive attitude, flexibility, strong sense of responsible, proactive, and a team player.
Work hours: 5-day work week, with rotating shifts from 7:30am to 4:00pm. and 9:00am. to 5:30pm
