Job Summary

Lead design, execution, and management of architectural projects while collaborating effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design architectural projects to meet client requirements and regulatory standards
• Execute project plans by coordinating tasks and resources to ensure timely delivery
• Manage project progress and resolve issues to maintain quality and budget compliance
• Interface professionally with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align project goals
• Lead and coordinate internal and external teams to optimize collaboration and performance
• Utilize ArchiCAD software to develop detailed architectural models and drawings
• Apply Photoshop skills to enhance project presentations and visual communications

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of local architectural experience
• Graduation from a university recognized by the Singapore Board of Architects
