• Minimum 5 years of experience in Storage Administration, Storage Engineering, or Infrastructure Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise storage platforms such as Pure Storage, Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE, or equivalent.
• Experience with SAN/NAS administration, storage provisioning, capacity management, and performance monitoring.
• Solid understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
• Experience working in an ITIL/ITSM environment (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira Service Management).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Contract
