Supply and installation of Electrical 22kV, LV, and MV busducts, primary power distribution network equipment, and cabling infrastructures.

Design, customization, fabrication, and installation of cable containment systems.

Design, customization, fabrication, and installation of metal works.

Design and installation of electric vehicle charging systems.

Supply and installation of high voltage switchgear.

Position: Electrical Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:
Review tender drawings and specifications to understand the scope of work upon receiving invitations from main contractors, consultants, or clients.

Source suppliers and request quotations.

Estimate, take off bill quantities, and measure electrical services from tender drawings for data centres, commercial, and industrial buildings.

Conduct price comparisons and prepare costing summaries.

Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities.

Prepare all relevant administration and documentation for tender submission, including technical data, schedules of unit rates, and catalogue submissions.

Manage resources and coordinate with suppliers and sub-contractors.

Address client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with project engineers to ensure contract compliance and monitor project costs.

Conduct cost analysis, contract administration, and prepare progress payment claims, variation orders, project budgets, cost control measures, and settlement of final accounts.

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering from a recognized university.

3-5 years of postgraduate experience in design, supervision, project management, cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration for electrical disciplines.

Preferably with experience as a Quantity Surveyor.

Responsible, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Excellent communication and written skills in English.

Supply and Installation of Electrical 22kV, LV and MV Busducts, Primary Power Distribution Network Equipment and Cabling Infrastructures.

Customised Metal Fabrication, Engineering, Supply & Installation works.

Supply and Installation of customised / standard Cable Support and Management System.

During the initial set-up of the company, the supply and installation of Electrical LV and MV Busduct is our main core business. The work consists of design, engineering, delivery, installation and Project Management to suit the project requirements. However, due to the recent expansion of our network of clients, we have also offered the supply and installation of Primary Power Distribution Network Equipment & Cabling Infrastructures for the required project.

Beside the supply and installation of busduct, we also provide design, customisation, fabrication and installation of Aluminum Canopy (housing) throughout the routing of busduct installation where there is a requirement for additional protection against the impact of outdoor and wet environment.
