The Executive, Policy Processing, is responsible for supporting the issuance and endorsement of policies across all products, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with service-level agreements (SLA). The role requires close coordination with business units, branches, and internal

teams to deliver high-quality service to customers and intermediaries.

Job Responsibilities

• Learn and perform issuance and endorsement processing for all products.
• Process policy/endorsement issuance in line with SLA and service standards.
• Follow up with Business Units/Branches on incomplete documentation or information.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from Business Units/Branches regarding policy servicing matters.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and company policies.
• Support testing of new products and system enhancements.
• Handle customer (internal/external) inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Perform other duties or ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of experience in insurance operations/policy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products and policy administration is preferred
