Job Description
Manage daily kitchen operations and supervise kitchen staff.
Prepare and oversee food preparation, cooking and presentation.
Maintain consistent food quality, hygiene and safety standards.
Plan menus, manage food inventory and control food costs.
Train and guide kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Chef or Head Chef.
Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
Able to lead, train and manage kitchen staff.
Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.
