Go! Go! Agents! is a one-stop B2B provider of professional services for property and insurance agents. We were founded on a simple belief: every agent is an entrepreneur, and building a business of your own shouldn't mean doing everything alone.

Growing an agent-driven business takes more than sales. It takes a steady flow of leads, a brand people remember and the day-to-day admin that keeps everything moving, all of which pull agents away from the clients and deals that pay the bills. We take that off their plate with lead generation, secretarial and branding services delivered to a professional standard, so they can stay focused on what they do best.

We've supported hundreds of agents across the industry, including property agents from PropNex, Huttons, ERA and SRI, and insurance agents from Great Eastern, Prudential and more. Our mission is to help agents everywhere build businesses that last, and we're now building the founding team that will take us there.

The Role

This is not a typical trainee position. As a founding member, you'll join at the ground floor and work directly with the founding team on every part of the business, from delivering services to agents to shaping how the company runs and grows.

You'll rotate through our three service lines (lead generation, secretarial support and branding), learn each one from the inside, then take ownership of the area where you make the biggest impact. It's a fast track for someone who wants to learn how a business is built by helping to build one.

What You'll Do

Own client relationships

• Be the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of agents, understand their goals and make sure every deliverable meets a professional standard
• Gather feedback and spot ways we can serve agents better

Help build the company

• Document and improve how each service is delivered so it can scale
• Contribute to new service ideas, pricing and go-to-market as we grow
• Take on projects across sales, operations and marketing as the business needs and as your strengths emerge

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or degree in any discipline; fresh graduates and early-career professionals are welcome
• Strong written and spoken communication, since you'll work with agents daily and produce content on their behalf
• Organised, detail-oriented and reliable, with the ability to juggle multiple agents and deadlines at once
• Resourceful and self-directed: you'd rather figure something out than wait to be told
• Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by an early-stage company where the playbook is still being written
• Interest in real estate, insurance, marketing or entrepreneurship

Nice to have

• Experience in sales, marketing, admin or customer-facing roles (internships count)
• Familiarity with social media content creation, design tools such as Canva, or CRM systems
• Exposure to the property or insurance industry
