Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, responsible for managing and growing relationships with new and existing clients in the logistics and transportation sector. Day-to-day tasks include handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with operations teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery, and monitoring shipment status to provide proactive updates. The role also involves identifying business opportunities, assisting with contract negotiations, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and account activity. The Account Executive will collaborate closely with internal departments to resolve issues, optimize service performance, and support the achievement of sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management skills, including communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
• Experience in account management, preferably in logistics, transportation, or related industries.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and SQL
• Good analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work on site in Taman Melawati, WP. Kuala Lumpur and engage with clients and colleagues in person.
• Relevant educational background in Account, Business, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional language skills are beneficial.
