Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Delivery Engineer to support the delivery, commissioning, troubleshooting and after-sales service of equipment at customer sites. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, service providers and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery, timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.

As this is a field-based role, the successful candidate must be willing to travel and work at different project sites when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle on-site equipment delivery, commissioning and after-sales service activities.
• Provide operation and maintenance training to customers' technical and operations teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at customer sites.
• Coordinate with third-party testing and service providers to complete testing, inspections and issue closure.
• Respond promptly to customer emergency and warranty requests within the required service timeframe.
• Provide timely feedback and updates on customer requirements, technical issues and site conditions.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and their maintenance teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth project execution and after-sales support.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures, safety requirements and local regulations.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics, Refrigeration, Electrical, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in engineering, equipment servicing, commissioning, maintenance or a related industry.
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical systems, automation or industrial equipment is an advantage.
• Good understanding of equipment operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with customers, contractors and internal teams.
• Willing to travel and work at different customer or project sites.
• Able to respond to occasional emergency or urgent service requirements when necessary.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
