Job Description

VFI Food Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Import & Export Executive to manage international shipments, coordinate logistics activities, and ensure accurate trade documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily import and export operations.
• Coordinate shipments and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and verify shipping and customs documents.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and carriers.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate import/export records.
• Ensure compliance with customs and trade requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in import/export or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation and customs procedures.
• Good Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $3,300.00 - $3,800.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Singapore 489950
