Systems Support Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Systems Support Engineer to maintain IT systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide reliable support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain servers, systems, and IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues.
• Provide technical support to users and internal teams.
• Perform system updates, backups, and maintenance.
• Monitor system performance and resolve incidents.
• Maintain technical documentation and support procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of systems or IT support experience.
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and basic networking.
• Experience with cloud platforms is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
