Description:

· Develop, create and manage high-quality and engaging content for the company’s social media platforms.

· Take full responsibility for the company’s TikTok, Facebook and Instagram accounts.

· Plan and execute a consistent daily social media content schedule.

· Produce high-end content including short-form videos, reels, TikTok videos, promotional videos, product content, lifestyle content, photography and creative visual materials.

· Conceptualize, script, shoot, edit and publish content from end-to-end.

· Develop creative content ideas to promote the company’s products, services, campaigns and brand.

· Create content that increases brand awareness, engagement, reach and customer acquisition.

· Stay updated with current social media trends, viral content formats, sounds, editing styles and digital marketing trends.

· Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify new content opportunities and improve social media performance.

· Work closely with internal teams to gather information and develop relevant content for ongoing activities and campaigns.

· Create supporting marketing materials such as posters, flyers and digital visuals when required.

· Monitor social media performance and engagement, and recommend improvements based on insights and trends.

· Maintain consistent brand image, tone and quality across all social media platforms.

· Record work progress and submit a weekly social media/content report to the Supervisor every Monday.

Requirements:

· Minimum SPM qualification.

· Full-time position.

· Creative, proactive and confident in developing new content ideas.

· Strong interest in social media, content creation and digital marketing.

· Technology savvy and familiar with TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.

· Good skills in video shooting, video editing, photography and graphic design.

· Familiar with editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop or similar software will be an advantage.

· Able to appear in videos or coordinate video shoots when required.

· Able to work independently, meet deadlines and manage multiple content tasks.

· Good communication skills and able to work well with the internal team.

· Portfolio of previous content/video work is highly preferred.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
