Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechatronic Engineering, Quality Assurance or related field.
• Min 1 year Quality control or Quality assurance experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO Quality Management System, auditing, corrective actions and process improvement.
• Experience with FAI, control plans, and quality documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with suppliers and internal teams.

Job Description:

• Evaluate, audit and qualify suppliers.
• Monitor supplier KPIs and drive improvements in quality, cost and delivery.
• Manage incoming inspection results and nonconforming materials.
• Issue and verify Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs).
• Approve FAI, control plans, process flows, and material/test certificates.
• Investigate and resolve supplier quality issues with cross-fucntional teams.
• Support customer audits and laise with Purchasing, Engineering and Production.
• Prepare reports, maintain supplier quality records, and update databases.
