- Assist in employee relations and disciplinary matters including counselling, show cause letters, warning letters and related documentation.
- Coordinate training activities and HRD Corp matters including training applications and claims.
- Maintain employee files, HR records and proper HR documentation.
- Prepare HR letters, memos, notices and other HR documents.
- Assist in maintaining HR policies, SOPs, forms and ISO-related HR documentation.
- Handle SOCSO claims and workplace accident documentation when required.
- Coordinate with HR vendors and service providers and follow up on quotations, renewals and HR-related services.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and trackers including headcount, recruitment, probation, resignation and employee movement.
- Support HR matters for overseas operations or foreign employees when required.
- Ensure important employee and HR matters are properly updated and escalated to Management.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Hands-on payroll experience is required.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations and HR documentation.
- Familiar with EPF, SOCSO, EIS and income tax.
- HRD Corp, HRMS and ISO documentation experience will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently with good follow-up and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
