Hiring: Test Analyst

We're looking for a Test Analyst to join our team and support the delivery of digital initiatives within the insurance industry.

Location- Singapore

Preferred- Singaporean only

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and business users to understand business requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Perform manual functional and end-to-end (E2E) testing.
• Execute test cases based on project priorities.
• Log, track, and verify defects until closure.
• Work closely with developers to clarify and resolve issues.
• Monitor testing progress and provide regular status updates.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts where applicable.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in software testing.
• Experience testing insurance applications is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Manual Testing, Functional Testing, End-to-End Testing, and UAT.
• Exposure to Test Case Design, Defect Management, and Test Data Preparation.
• Experience with Test Automation is a plus.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
