岗位职责
As part of our Finance Team in Civil Service Club, you will report to our Senior Assistant Manager, Finance and Manager, Finance & investments.
Responsibilities:
a) Daily
Requirements:
Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Accountancy
Minimum 2-3 years related accounting experience
Sound knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel spreadsheet
Meticulous with strong analytical skills
Able to work independently and effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
Good communication skills and a team player
Starting salary will commensurate with qualifications and relevant work experience. We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Civil Service Club
is the home club for the Public Service Officers and organizing body of many Public Service activities and the STAR Games, a series of competitive sports played annually, by representatives from the different Ministries and Statutory Boards. The Club also offers an array of facilities, activities and the preferred venue for events for our members, the Public Service agencies and Private Corporations. Today, Civil Service Club, is more than just sports and fitness, it is synonymous to one’s lifestyles, hobbies, and interests, where individuals and families could come together for unanimous fun and quality time!
Responsibilities:
a) Daily
- Daily CMS posting of journal entry
- Check online collections have been received successfully, email to room team if any failed transaction
- Reconcile Cashbooks based on reports and physical collections
- Checking on AR Invoices/Credit Note
- Process refund when receive refund memo or email (Card & Online Only)
- Prepare Statement of Account
- Consolidated AR GIRO on mid and end of the month
- Monthly receipt entry & journal entry for carpark income
- Adjust prepaid vouchers
- Ensure credit sales are tally with AR billing
- Check FAVE vouchers redemption billed correctly
- Journal entry for Room income
- AR Accounting schedule
Requirements:
