Job Summary
You will manage office administration tasks including document preparation, data entry, communication handling, scheduling, and basic HR support to ensure smooth daily operations and effective coordination with staff, customers, and suppliers.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office administration tasks and process paperwork accurately to support operational efficiency
Prepare, organise, and maintain documents, records, and filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
Enter and update company information in databases to maintain accurate records
Handle phone calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally to facilitate clear communication
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and office schedules to optimise time management
Prepare simple reports, quotations, invoices, and other administrative documents to support business functions
Assist with tracking staff attendance, leave records, and basic HR administrative tasks to support workforce management
Liaise effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal staff to maintain positive working relationships
Provide general administrative support to management to facilitate smooth office operations
Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor to meet business needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to perform administrative tasks efficiently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
Ability to work independently and manage multiple administrative tasks to meet deadlines
Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and reliability
Previous administrative or office experience to contribute to role effectiveness
