Job Title: CCTV & Access Control Technician

Salary: SGD 2,500 – SGD 3,500 per month (Commensurate with experience)

DR WiFi Pte Ltd is a fast-growing technology company specialising in enterprise WiFi, networking, CCTV, and smart security solutions across Singapore. We are looking for a skilled technician who is passionate about quality workmanship, problem-solving, and excellent customer service. Selection is based purely on merit, qualifications, and relevant technical experience.

Working Hours:

• 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday)
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Rest Day: Sunday

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV and access control systems.
• Support cabling, termination, and on-site testing.
• Configure NVRs, IP cameras, door access systems, and related equipment.
• Perform fault diagnosis, maintenance, and rectification works.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare service reports.
• Provide professional on-site support to customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in CCTV and access control systems.
• Able to troubleshoot cameras, recorders, locks, and related devices.
• Basic knowledge of networking, routers, switches, and IP setup.
• Comfortable working independently on-site and solving technical issues.
• Possess own transport (strongly preferred for field assignments).
• Excellent communication and good customer service skills.

Candidates with experience in any of the following fields are highly encouraged to apply:

• Hikvision CCTV Systems
• Door Access Control Systems
• Structured cabling and termination
• Basic TCP/IP and router configuration
• Experience with intercom / smart security systems
