BUSINESS ANALYST (Banking, Central/Contract/Up to 6K)

The Role:

Looking for a dynamic candidate to join the Digital team as a Business Analyst, supporting the development and commercialization of digital products. You will work closely with business, technology, customer experience, and sales stakeholders to gather requirements, enhance customer journeys, and drive the successful adoption of digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Development - have a fair hands-on experience to deliver requirements, working with stakeholders

• Partner with Customer Experience/Business Unit team to conduct customer focus groups and interviews
• Map customer journey, collect client feedbacks/Voice of the customer and redesign the customer journey
• Validate business objectives and align with customer experience
• Lead and manage issues, and ensure all requirements have proper traceability

1. Product Commercialization – able to articulate, present and show strengths in promoting their rolled-out product features

• Thinking through post-delivery journey for the product
• Planning EDMs/Comms to internal and external stakeholders
• Educate internal stakeholders (CMs/IMs/RMs/Sales) through training sessions
• Measure and Monitor usage - ability to infer insights from the data
• Device strategies to ensure there is uptake/usage of the rolled out product - (also via incentives)
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills & customer orientation
• Respond promptly to issues raised, through good understanding of business, operational and technical considerations, and recommend sound solutions.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Any other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services or the consulting industry, a creative problem solver, and a process driver
• Good working experience in planning and managing a program/project plan with multiple deliverables, owners, and timelines
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written, and manage a wide range of stakeholders and competing priorities
• Works well independently and as a team, adaptable and possesses problem-solving skills
• Excellent working knowledge in Excel (data crunching, which involves vlookup, pivot table, etc.), PowerPoint and able to write well and design presentation and communication materials
• Excellent in storytelling with data
• Proficient in JIRA, able in writing user story on business requirements, work with tech on user story grooming from banking industry will be preferred.
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before on system/app enhancement release.
• Corporate internet banking app knowledge is a plus point

• Contract: One year/extendable, to start asap
