Manage the daily operation and maintenance of the mall's M&E systems.

Monitor ACMV/HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, sanitary, ELV and BMS systems.

Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance.

Attend to equipment breakdowns and ensure issues are resolved quickly.

Carry out regular inspections of plant rooms, equipment and common areas.

Supervise technicians, contractors, suppliers and service providers.

Review quotations, maintenance reports and technical proposals.

Ensure maintenance works are carried out safely and with minimum disruption to mall operations.

Monitor electricity and support energy-saving initiatives.

Assist with annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets and control maintenance costs.

Support M&E upgrading, replacement, renovation and improvement projects.

Coordinate tenant M&E works, fit-out and renovation activities.

Ensure M&E systems comply with Malaysian statutory and safety requirements.

Coordinate inspections, testing, certification and statutory requirements

Support mall operations during events, peak periods and emergencies

Respond to major M&E emergencies such as power failure, flooding, HVAC breakdown and equipment failure.

Prepare maintenance, utility and technical reports for management.
